You are buying (2) TWO NEW 5/8" clevis with a working load limit of 9,000 lbs. or 4 1/2 Tons.  The clevis is black painted with a yellow zinc plated pin.  The diameter is 5/8" with a useable length of 2 1/2" the opening width is 1".   The pin diameter is 3/4".    These clevis's  bow shackles  d-rings have many handy work and home shop uses.   Any questions please ask.
