The S-Hoop Marching Pad is Ahead's take on the portable marching snare. The Ahead S-Hoop Marching Pad features a replaceable carbon-fiber playing surface that responds like a Kevlar marching head. Only it's significantly quieter. This reduction in volume protects the hearing of you and your ensemble and will keep your loved ones safe when you practice. Additional features that make the Ahead feel and play like a real marching snare are the S-Hoop and snare cartridge. The S-Hoop is made to take knocks and shots without cracking.
