You are buying (2) TWO NEW 3/4" clevis with a working load limit of 11,000 lbs. (5 1/2 tons).  The clevis is black painted with a yellow zinc plated pin.  The diameter is 3/4" with a useable length of 3 3/4" the opening width is 1 1/4".   The pin diameter is 5/8".       Any questions please ask.
