Rinnai RUR199iN Sensi 199k BTU 9.8 GPM Tankless Water Heater in pristine cond.

Up for sale is a used (but in perfect condition) Rinnai RUR199iN Sensi SE+ 199k BTU 9.8 GPM Tankless Water Heaters. I'm putting up pics of this unit installed, but the reason for not keeping it is because it just doesn't perform (adequately) for 3 floors. We live in the mountains and we had the Rinnai guy come out a few times trying to get this working - no go! Included is about 5 in add-ons (Rinnai Hot/Cold Valves, WI-FI Module, extra Stainless-steel spring loaded Check Valve, plus the Flush kit and PEEK Valve). Paid ,150 for all.
As you can see, everything is in pristine condition and is guaranteed to work. The plumbing and how clean the threads are should tell use how we run our water. We have a Big-blue 3-stage Whole House Filter along with a Fleck GTX7 Water Softener. This unit was only running for 2 weeks until we installed another and it was properly flushed when removed by the Rinnai installer.
