From the 40's, this is an ORIGINAL studio issued portrait premium that was issued through movie magazines and available through the mail.  Measuring in at the 8 X 10 inches, the overall condition is an 8 out of ten with pinholes in the upper corners.   NO cello tape.  NO tears.
