You are buying (1) NEW   7/8" by 2 3/4"   Twisted Clevis / Shackle   with a working load limit of 16,000 lbs. (8 Tons   PA)  The clevis is black painted with a yellow zinc plated pin.  The diameter is 7/8" with a usable length of 2.3/4" the opening width is 1 1/4".  The pin diameter is 3/4".      Any questions please ask.
